- **Audit Trail Maintenance:** Automatically pull and store time-stamped certificates into your internal TMS (Transportation Management System) to maintain a Compliance record for insurance auditors.
- **Archive Cleanup:** Remove obsolete files with `DELETE /v1/documents/{id}/client` or `DELETE /v1/documents/{id}/policy` when a document should no longer be retained in the digital archive.
